Engines and motors are the energy resources for construction equipment (Hydraulic excavators, bulldozers,
cranes, dump trucks, concrete mixer trucks); agricultural machines(tractors); machine tools
(NC lathes and machining centers); automotive and shipping vessels. However,
engines and motors are not efficient by themselves.
They only rotate at high speed and can't be useful.
For better efficiency and controls, hydraulic transmissions are utilized which allows rotation of the wheels
at an appropriate speed with hydraulic cylinders and piston pumps to lift the payload with ease. We are
challenging to develop highly sophisticated techniques day by day. The requirement of gear and belt driven
units have been replaced by these type of hydraulic products. Unlike the definition of high, middle, and low
speeds, today we use hydraulic piston pump and motors that allows achievement of continuous variable
speeds that operators enjoy for efficient applications with less energy required. Furthermore, reversing
rotation is achieved smoothly.
We call it 'Hydro Static Transmission(HST)' in terminology. Based on the most up-to date techniques,
a world-smallest high-pressure axial piston pump (40x40x100mm, 21MP) will soon be completed.
