In the hydraulic business, we develop ultra compact high pressure pump and ultra compact hydraulic static transmission centering upon the production of high pressure axial pump components. In the water hydraulic business, we develop equipments for food industry, IT related manufacturing facilities and nursing equipment using water driving system and rise and fall system with water pressure cylinder.

Takako Medical supplies equipments for dental clinics, especially those for preventing nosocomial infection such as hepatitis B which has been regarded to be the most difficult virus to sterilized.

We continue to contribute to the society through works in each business division.

Aiming at 'Deliver 100% good quality products to our customers', we try to apply 'One Piece Flow' method. We flow one workpiece by one workpiece from material status to packing area when they don't require heat treatment, or through heat treatment and after heat treatment when they require heat treatment. In this way, we minimize the inventory of WIP. Shiga factory will complete to apply this method within 2004 and 2005.

Quality is checked at each machining process and no failure workpiece is sent to the next process.

Vietnam factory completes to apply 'One Piece Flow' method within 2004. Thus, there is no WIP at the end of works. No other method will be applied.
